Aydın Kocamusaoğlu & Pelin Koyun started tango as a couple in 1999. They mainly improved themselves with the lessons
they took from worldwide Argentinian tango teachers Esteban Moreno & Claudia Codega. Also they worked with other teachers
such as Imed Chaman, Gustavo Naviera & Giselle Ann, Juan Corvalan & Viviana Laguzzi, Milena Plebs & Ezequiel Farfaro,
Fabián Salas & Carolina del Rivero. The couple established “Tangoist Dance Studio” in 2001.
They have an important participation for tango improvement in Turkey with the workshops in universities especially for young
generation dancers. They gave courses in Işık University between 2001 and 2003, in Sabancı University between 2001-2006
and in Boğaziçi University between 2005 and 2006.
They have been giving courses in Kültür University and Galatasaray High School since 2007.
Not only giving courses but also introducing their tango performance, they continue their way.
They attended 2nd International Velvet Tango Festival as maestros in 26-30 September 2007
As a couple, they became champions in 1. Argentina Tango Turkey Championship which was organized by Turkey Dance
Sports Federation in 2007. They still continue their lessons and praktikas in their own studio.
