1) The participant is responsible for ALL costs incurred during registration and paybacks (including bank commissions/fees).
2) All participants must transfer the full price to the acount in two weeks after registration which is mentioned in the acceptance mail . Otherwise the registration of the participant will be DELETED.
3) For cancellations of paid registrations, the whole amount will be paid back to the participant, if the cancellation is done until 15th of FEBRUARY 2012.
4) For cancellations done after the 15th of FEBRUARY 2012, there will be a 60 Euro registration cut and the rest will be paid back. The participant is responsible for the comission’s during the transfer.
5) The participant is responsible for fulfilling all conditions (e.g. visa, health issues, permission etc.), which are necessary to attend the TanGO TO istanbul. The organization team will not be responsible for any loss (e.g. missed flights/classes etc), due to unfulfilled conditions.
6) The organization team reserves the right to change or cancel a part of the organization without prior notice. In such a case, the organization team is only responsible towards registered participants for only paying back the quantity that they paid for that cancelled activity.
7) If bank fees occur again on the Turkish side, although the participant has already paid them on his side, the participant MUST ASSUME these costs as well. TanGO TO istanbul organization will not accept any insufficient amounts, due to deducted bank commissions/fees.
8 ) If the participant will join the organization together with a partner, the participant and his/her partner will have to register separately.
9) Until 1st of FEBRUARY 2012, you can make any change by yourself by entering the computer program by your security code. After 1st of FEBRUARY 2012 all changes will be made by TanGO TO istanbul organisation team. Any change oposing the contract of TanGO TO istanbul is not considered.
10) The participant will not be able to change their registration after the 20th of FEBRUARY 2012.
11) No visitors are allowed to attend the classes. Only the organization team and participants who are registered and who have already paid, are allowed to attend the respective classes.
12) The registration can not be regarded as fully completed and confirmed until the participant has paid the necessary amount. After receipt of the payment, the participants registration will be transferred to the class and milonga lists.
13) No video recordings are allowed during classes or shows, without permission of the organization team.
14) The last but most important obligation of all TanGO TO istanbul participants is to DANCE, TRAVEL, MEET NEW PEOPLE AND HAVE LOTS OF FUN : )
